John Landstreet has been playing classical clarinet, but finally saw the light in his telescope and became a dixieland man.

John has just completed building his very own telescope on the roof of his house, so he can better see retirement activities around his neighborhood.

Leon Ross is now working on his second musical career. An excellent sax player, Leon is now mastering the Bass Guitar.

He says that his highs in life are now the low notes in Dixie.

Retired, Brian has rekindled an old love for drumming.
His big band and little band experience is enjoyed by all.
He instructs school bus drivers part time and when he gets
behind his set of drums he sometimes
has an urge to give turning signals and step on the brake.
Unfortunately he hasn’t had to use his horn 'cause the Dixie 5 have
their own.

John Lloyd had the distinct honour of blowing a horn at the beginning of the Glue   Factory  Horse Races in Wipsink, Ontario.

His love for blowing lent him to purchasing a trumpet and the rest is history. He now plays four notes and is diligently working on the fifth  (of Scotch - that is).
